Mr. Poblete is an experienced Industrial Relations practitioner with a strong background in Human Resource Development, having led HR functions in both multinational and local companies across diverse industries.
He is a founding member and currently the General Manager of a major service contracting cooperative. In addition, he serves on the Board of the ULSCC and the Federation of Labor Service Cooperatives, contributing his expertise in organizational leadership and cooperative development.
