Jo-Anne Mirabueno

Ms. Mirabueno brings over two decades of banking experience with strong expertise in sales, marketing, and retail banking. She spent 21 years in the industry, including 16 years as a Branch Head, where she developed a deep understanding of client relations and operational management.

Before joining Capacité Philippines, she served as Cluster Head for a subsidiary of Woori Bank of Korea, overseeing multiple branches and driving business growth. Her extensive leadership and industry knowledge now guide her role in advancing the organization’s mission.
